Pet Allergies:
If you are allergic to your pet, the textbook recommendation is to give it away, and I agree with that. In many cases this is not possible due to factors beyond your control. Dr. Davidson has a special interest in cat and dog allergies and advises certain "home hygiene" measures. In cases of regular, unavoidable exposure
when medications are inadequate, allergy immunotherapy shots can be effective.
